Can you explain your project to us?
In early January, Adressimmo, number 1 in the real estate transaction in the Châteauroux agglomeration. Today, we cover the agglomeration of Châteauroux, tomorrow we will be present throughout the department. To do this, I am currently recruiting around twenty independent advisers who will prospect or cover the entire territory and will work with respect for the human values, professionalism and proximity that are the strength of our real estate agency.
How are you going to organize yourself?
In fact, each employee will work primarily on a restricted area of prospecting, a district or a small town ... The objective is that he is extremely specialized in his geographic sector, that he knows the specifics as well as the history of transactions and that he controls the land market in his area. In this way, it will provide the seller with an estimate of the property at the fairest price, helped by the best assessment and expertise tools on the market. In addition, by having the most complete portfolio of goods for sale in the portfolio, the employee will be able to offer potential buyers the best choice within a single agency.
What profile are you looking for?
I am not looking for a typical profile, but people who have the concept of contact, a sense of communication, commerce and above all who have a taste for service. Then, each advisor will invest according to his project and his desire. I am speaking to people who want to change their professional sector, who feel attracted to real estate, as well as to people who want to make ends meet. Likewise, advisers may exercise their mission full-time or simply forward information which will be processed by other advisers. For example, a merchant, close to his customers, can send us information and be paid for it. The status of commercial agent compared to salaried status is made for those who want to decide on their work organization and their involvement. A freelancer does not mean being alone. Knowing how to work in a team is a guarantee of greater and faster success.
Are you going to train these new advisers?
Of course ! Everyone who works with us will be trained in-house to become seasoned real estate professionals. We will also provide them with a proven working method. Similarly, in the field, the new advisers will be accompanied by those who have more experience, reassuring, right? We thus wish to radically differentiate ourselves from independent agents who work alone at home and very often with little training. Here, our advisers will benefit from all the professionalism of our brand. In addition to training, they will also be able to use all the means available to the agency, a secretariat, a legal department, a service for drafting terms of reference and compromises, cutting-edge technological tools: electronic signature, virtual visits, etc. Furthermore, premises will be made available to them in our offices on rue Victor Hugo in Châteauroux. They have been recently and completely renovated. They offer you a most pleasant setting for working.
